Originally constructed as a bank in the 1920’s, the building housed many different functions and business through the years. It served as the headquarters of a local social services agency which hired Rowhouse. The upper floor was renovated and a new two story structure was added to create 5 single room occupant apartments, along with a community room, laundry and staff offices. An emphasis was placed on energy efficient construction and green building techniques.
