Renovation of historic Newnan Cotton Mill.

Two-story, 190,000 sf Mill and surrounding out buildings for residential and commercial use.

Mixed-use program includes: (152) 800 -1,500 sf loft apartments, 35,000 sf of office space.

Program was developed to create office commercial zone along public street in the old cotton warehouses, with residential lofts constructed in the main mill building beyond.

Special units were created in the boiler and engine rooms of the mill.

Features include outdoor courtyard around existing smokestack.

Fitness trail around mill pond.
