Renovation of windowless high school building in Roswell, Georgia.

Part of a residential community developed on the schools' 23 acres.

Program called for (72) 800 -1,700 sf loft condominiums.

Building renovation created two internal courtyards, new window openings and a new third floor.

A new tower and arcade were added to provide scale to the surrounding neighborhood.

Old gymnasium converted to two-story units with exterior balconies.
