Planned renovation of historic 1929 Grove Arcade.
The building is an exceptional example of Gothic Revival Architecture built originally to house a shopping arcade and offices.
It has been unused for arcade purposes since 1940.
The new program includes total renovation of the 260,000 sf structure (70,000 sf footprint).
The mixed-use development includes a new public market/arcade for the street level.
Offices for the second level.
Upscale apartments for the third, fourth and fifth levels.
National Historic Register application applied.
