Building has recently been converted to condominiums.

Renovation took advantage of a seriously damaged structure.

Collapsed sections were incorporated into stair tower at entry.

Existing freight elevator shaft was redesigned to suspend a new glass elevator cab, which views a vertical art gallery within the shaft enclosure.
