Sixty-four condominiums in a 1920s tower.

Renovation of nine-story sculpted limestone facade.

The building is one of the contributing structures to the Historic Atlanta Biltmore Hotel complex.

Originally built as an 11-story residential building with two units per floor, the building was subdivided and renovated with units ranging from 600 to 4,500 sf.
